The back is as important as the front

Backup & memory
Backup battery is our standard
All our devices come with backup battery in case of electrical failure with at least 3 hours of battery juice inside, which is activated only if you lose power mid-flight. We have been able to save numerous flights with backup battery power and made it a standard, because we understand how important it is, to have a backup.

Installation Requirements
- – A secondary flight instrument which can display airspeed and altitude information (e.g., another Iris, Era, Navia, any other suitable flight computer / vario) must be installed and operational.
- – The device must be installed in accordance with the STC installation instructions.
Maintenance & Continued Airworthiness
- – Factory check every 5 years recommended (but not mandatory)
- – Turn on every 6 months for 1 hour
- – AFM Supplement must be kept with aircraft records
- – Annual Pitot/static system check recommended
