The AHRS is calibrated for aerobatics: 14 updates per second, up to 500°/s rate of turn, attitude fully independent of GPS. An RS232 AUX port feeds your ELT, autopilot or a GRT engine analyzer.
BOM
A self-powered avionics suite under your wing: angle of attack, indicated airspeed, WAAS GPS, AHRS and ADS-B in — completely wireless.
The BOM is powered by the wind and charges itself — independent from your aircraft systems, it keeps transmitting even during an engine or electrical failure. A true backup that has your back.
Installation is wire-free: bolt, rivet or bond the module under a low or high wing and fly. The heated pitot-static system handles anything from a smooth day to light icing.
iLevil AP
The light autopilot: under 1 kg, no heavy servos — trim-tab technology flies the pitch and roll of your light-sport or experimental from your iPhone or iPad.
Heading and altitude modes, flight-plan steering over NMEA, HOLD, auto envelope protection and auto trim — controlled from your tablet or the Levil Joy. Because there are no mechanical links to your controls, overriding it is as easy as flying the stick.
The trim tabs stay active even with the autopilot off, gently correcting excessive roll or pitch inputs — and the airplane is always in trim after disconnect.

Can I use Levil devices on a certified aircraft?
Yes. The iLevil 3 AW is NORSEE approved for installation on certified aircraft, and portable devices like the Astro+ fly as backup systems in VFR and IFR conditions — and as primary VFR instruments on experimental and light-sport aircraft.
How many phones or tablets can connect at once?
Up to 5 devices on the Astro+ and BOM, and up to 7 on the iLevil 3 AW — simultaneously, for redundancy and flexible panel layouts.
Is it compatible with my navigation app?
The free Levil Aviation App plus ForeFlight, SkyDemon, iFly GPS, Air Navigation Pro, EasyVFR, WingX Pro, FlyQ and many more. iOS is fully supported; Android support is in beta.
What happens if my aircraft loses power?
Every mains-powered Levil device carries a 3.5-hour backup battery — and the BOM does not depend on the aircraft at all: it is powered by the wind and keeps broadcasting through an engine or electrical failure.
